Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated Junior Project Managers for a diverse role that not only involves project management but also supports knowledge management across the company. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive top-tier projects in one of the fastest-growing industries. The role is based in Berlin-Spandau.
The ideal candidate has initial experience in project management and is highly committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through strong organizational skills.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Project Management:
You plan coordinate and manage projects from start to finishefficiently on time and within budget.
Operational Support:
You assist with resource planning project prioritization and support the implementation of pitches and internal strategies.
Knowledge Management:
You encourage the exchange of best practices and help introduce and train team members on project management tools.
Quality & Risk Management:
You monitor project standards identify risks early and work on solutions for optimization.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
You ensure clear communication and keep all stakeholders informed about progress successes and challenges.
Your profile
Required:
Initial experience in project management or a related field
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing requirements
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. for planning documentation task tracking)
Strong communication skills in both German and English as well as a team-oriented mindset
A Plus:
Initial experience with Jira and Confluence
Interest in esports gaming or agency work
