The Department
The Allied Health Research and Knowledge Translation program is a Department of Health funded initiative focusing on enhanced research education and leadership capacity for allied health professionals. The program aims to support the development and implementation of allied health specific research as well as facilitating the growth of research activity and research skills for allied health professionals. The Allied Health Research and Knowledge Translation program will provide an emerging Allied Health researcher with a 2-year funded contract to undertake priority research and facilitate the translation of high-quality research evidence to clinical practice.
The next phase of research translation at Alfred Health will be focusing on telehealth workforce including professional governance and novel models allied health assistants and supporting leadership capability and pathways for allied health professionals.
Position Summary
The Alfred Health Allied Health Research and Knowledge Translation Lead will design develop and implementresearch in addition to supporting the growth of research activity and skills for allied health professionals over a 2-yearperiod
