Job Description
ENGIE Services Sp. z o. o.has been operating in the Polish market since 1997. We are an international service company specializing in the management and operation of technical installations in office buildings industrial facilities public utility buildings and logistics warehouses.
We are currently looking for a:
Site Manager
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the facilitys infrastructure in accordance with technical requirements and building law
Supervising technical documentation and the buildings logbook
Planning and controlling the budget
Ensuring timely submission of offers protocols invoices reports and informing the client about activities
Cooperating with subcontractors and external companies
Managing a team of Technicians including creating schedules and settlements
Developing a schedule for technical installations inspections
Preparing cost estimates for offers
Requirements:
Minimum technical secondary education optionally in the fields of: electrical engineering automation mechatronics HVAC or related
At least one year of managerial experience related to the technical maintenance of a facility
Knowledge and experience in electrical HVAC sanitary heating and fire protection installations
SEP supervisory licenses above 1KV and SEP G II
Familiarity with the procedures for maintaining a Building Logbook
Very good organization of own work and that of subordinate employees
Good knowledge of Word Excel and email handling
Preferred:
Group I II and III exploitation/supervision licenses
