Reporting to the Senior Manager Insights & Analytics this role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health of the organization by ensuring the integrity of payment processing data and driving arrears recovery initiatives. You will work closely with Fundraising Donor Care and Finance teams to identify and analyze arrears trends ensure data accuracy and design and implement targeted recovery campaigns for our recurring donors.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that monitor arrears and payment data identifying anomalies and recommending actionable insights. Your work will directly support the organizations ability to recover missed payments improve donor retention and maintain data quality across systems.

Plan International Canada is a hybrid workplace. You will work from the office and from home.
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $65000 and $80000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation including experience specific job-related skills and relevant educational or professional training. Additionally we ensure that compensation is equitable across our team and aligns with current market trends. This role also qualifies for an extensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
