Designation: MIS Executive
Reporting To: Commercial Head / Operations Director
Location: Ahmedabad.
Position Objective
The MIS Executive will serve as a critical enabler of data-driven decision-making across Ankita Lifestyle’s manufacturing supply chain and sales verticals. This role is responsible for developing managing and delivering actionable insights from production to sales ensuring operational visibility enhancing strategic planning and improving efficiency across the business lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Production & WIP Analytics • Track daily production data across all units—cutting stitching washing finishing and packing.
• Maintain real-time Work-in-Progress (WIP) dashboards to flag delays and production backlogs.
• Generate line-wise productivity efficiency and performance reports for factory management.
• Conduct variance analysis for planned vs. actual production output and recommend corrective actions. Support for Production Planning
• Provide analytical support for production planning including capacity utilization and material readiness.
• Collaborate with sourcing and inventory teams to ensure alignment between production plans and available inputs.
• Forecast material and manpower requirements based on order pipelines and seasonal trends. Inventory & Raw Material Monitoring
• Maintain centralized MIS for all raw materials trims and finished goods across locations.
