Construction Project Manager- Public Projects
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $80k-$110k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
Construction Project Manager- Public Projects Responsibilities:
- Oversee all areas of construction projects from start to finish including bidding project planning budgeting and identification of resources needed and communicate to upper management
- Determine the scope of the project and accurately project the cost of the bid
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project including architects consultants contractors sub-contractors and laborers.
Construction Project Manager- Public Projects Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of construction project management experience with an emphasis on commercial healthcare education municipal and public projects
- Strong team orientation with high initiative excellent communication creative problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to estimate and manage multiple projects at a time
