- Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sanitation Clerk will perform secretarial work for the Sanitation department. Must have excellent communication skills customer service skills ability to analyze solve and introduce presentations to the management team. The Sanitation Clerk will maintain and manage the records to all Sanitation programs throughout the facility. The Sanitation Clerk will assist the Sanitation leaders with all administration tasks.
JOB DUTIES:
- Performs clerical functions to include creating analyzing interpreting and maintaining reports for the Sanitation Managers and Supervisors in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform detailed analyses of accounting and financial information to report to management
- Maintain daily and periodic sanittion logs on our Virtual Share Drive
- Research compile and prepare financial and accounting data for report and make recommendations to support management
- Maintain LOTO (Lock out/Tag Out) records on Virtual Share Drive
- Maintain Kronos system and track sick/vacation time. Conduct audits in Kronos and report to Sanitation Managers and Supervisors
- Assist Managers and Supervisors with maintaining training records
- Assist in ordering Chemical and Supplies for Sanitation Fresh department
- Support generating work orders in JDE
- Assist Manager and Supervisors with Safety Chain (Quality Software)
- Communicate and escalate any safety food safety/quality or vendor issues and provide support as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of expense reporting systems ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards) and (e.g. Concur) and
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be thorough when completing work tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to successfully organize work and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and Access
- Experience with KRONOS ADP JDE BI and Bolthouse Applications
- Exercise good judgment by performing work safely and in conformance with regulatory agencies as well as company standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience working in Sanitation field.
- Bilingual English & Spanish
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop bend climb kneel crouch reach and twist.
- Lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 30 lbs.
- Operate office equipment requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in an upright position walking on both even and uneven surfaces
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders scaffolding using 3-point contact on a regular basis
- Ability to stoop crouch and kneel on a regular basis
HOURS & WORKDAYS:
1st Shift; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM;Monday through Friday before/after hours weekends and holidays may be mandatory based on business needs.
