We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Educator to join our oncology team. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing comprehensive education to all patients undergoing infusion and radiation oncology treatments. This role is crucial in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans manage side effects and maintain overall well-being throughout their cancer journey.Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in oncology with a focus on infusion and radiation treatments.
- Certification:Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred.
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational abilities and proficiency in developing educational materials.

Pay Range is $83.27 to $109.07 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
