The Capacity Planning Team provides cost-optimal and flexible capacity solutions for in-station operations year-round and enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. This role is based out of the London corporate office. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business has a strong delivery record and experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment relish working with large amounts of data and enjoys the challenge of solving highly complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.

A day in the life
As a Planning Analyst you will be working on the weekly cadence for the generation of labor plans to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans. You will work cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and actioned enabling operations to run as effectively as possible.
You will also have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects spanning from process improvement to in-house tools development for automation and optimization.
A successful candidate enjoys problem solving is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources and is enthusiastic about partnering with other teams across the business to deliver results. You should have an internal drive to challenge the status quo excellent analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity naturally curious and be involved in the details.
Obtained a degree in the last 2 years in engineering statistics computer science business analytics information systems or related field
Proficient in MS Excel
Fluent in SQL
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work experience in operations/supply chain/logistics
Previous coding experience in R Python or VBA. Experience with Data visualization tool (Tableau/Quicksight/PowerBI or equivalent)
Prior experience as a capacity planner or S&OP analyst
Exposure to labour or production planning
Experience working with data warehouse
Experience cross functionally
Experience in complex problem solving root cause analysis in a business environment
Experience with supply chain management and transportation concepts
