Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Appropriate licensure/certification through the Ohio Department of Education. Strong organizational communication human relations instructional classroom management team and public relations/community skills. A sincere interest and a commitment to work with students parents staff businesses community organizations and associate district schools
DUTIES:
Teach students their core academics lab safety and work closely with lab instructors to oversee students in their with the other special education staff to develop maintain and promote the schools special education direct and evaluate the instructional process to best meet the needs of students in career-technical programs. Plan direct and evaluate the curricula to meet the state of Ohios academic content standards. Plan direct and evaluate the instructional process to best meet the needs of students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans. Supervise and attend student I.E.P. meetings. Write student Individualized Education Plans and to carry a case management load.
CONTRACT:
2025-2026 Contract - 183 contracted days.
SALARY:
Appropriate placement on 2025-2026 teachers salary schedule based on certification/licensure education/degree and experience.
