Pricing Manager

If you are a Pricing Manager Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! This position will direct the Pricing activities for select E&C businesses to promote profitable growth maintain healthy margins and provide Price Impact reporting. It has the flexibility of working out of our Sidney OH Kennesaw GA or St. Louis MO locations.

As a Pricing Manager You Will:

• Establish & Implement Business Unit Pricing Strategies including Rebates Marketing Allowances and Billbacks.
• Lead the Price Increase Process across the selected business areas & Support Sales Negotiations.
• Track actual Price Implementation Impact.
• Determine Applicable Price Points for New & Existing Products to Maximize Profitable Growth.
• Represent Pricing in New Product Gate Reviews
• Drive continuous improvement with pricing activities and processes.
• Lead price training and Sales development.
• Responsible for making sure the Pricing Requirements are represented in the System Upgrades and Implementations: Industrios NetSuite and Oracle; and that these systems are fully utilized.
• Maintain and enhance Sales & Profitability Tracking Database & Master files and use of Sigma.
• Support executive level presentations that summarize the business and our results to internal and external audiences.
• Help coordinate plans outlooks and market definitions across businesses as required.
• Support the creation of Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Ensure full utilization and development of Value Based Pricing Model
• Implement and track tariff recovery actions
• Assist Cold Chain Strategic Pricing Manager and Electronics & Controls Pricing Director with other duties as needed
• Collaborate with Sales Operations Finance Product Management and Marketing groups.

Required Education Experience & Skills:

• Bachelors degree plus 7 Years of relevant business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Individual must have strong analytical skills excellent communication skills strong Power Point chart-making experience and efficiency with Excel is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of resources and data.
• Needs experience working with large amounts of diverse information with ability to verify accuracy.
• Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future

Preferred Education Experience & Skills:

• Prefer degree in Marketing Finance Business or Mathematics
• Experience in marketing forecasting and pricing in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cold Chain products customers and market segments is helpful.

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
