We are building a suite of LLM-based autonomous agents that can safely automate customer support queries in complex and higher-risk environments and give companies visibility & control over the outcomes the agent achieves.
We choose technology that enables us to build resilient systems and iterate on them quickly. This includes a blend of boring familiar tools like Go and PostgreSQL and some calculated bets like Temporal and Encore.
Our backend is deployed to Google Cloud Platform. Our frontend is built with and deployed to Vercel. We currently use LLMs from OpenAI Anthropic and Google but are planning to expand to a blend of models in the future.
Have the opportunity to build to the control centre where our customers configure instruct and evaluate our AI agent and the back office experiences that our team use to boost our customers resolution rates.
Build a product interface that simple on the surface yet enables very powerful and complex functionality for our Enterprise customers (like Notion and Figma do)
