Location: Vandalia OH USA (onsite)

As our next Screen Maker youll be at the forefront of preparing and maintaining high-quality screens to support our screen printing production process. Your expertise in screen making print preparation and quality control will be crucial in keeping our operations efficient and our product standards exceptional.

What Youll Be Doing:
Review previous shift status and coordinate screen preparation with department lead
Select mesh and screens coat with emulsion expose artwork and wash out images
Inspect and fix screen imperfections apply blockout and prepare for production
Measure emulsion roughness and ensure screens meet specifications
Assist printers with screen issues and conduct daily/weekly preventive maintenance
Provide troubleshooting support and collaborate with maintenance and engineering
Train and mentor new employees as needed
Perform additional tasks within the production area based on workload and skills
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years of screen making screen printing or similar experience preferred
Ability to read write and speak English fluently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic math skills and experience using measurement devices
Proficiency in reading operating instructions and using computers
Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in a manufacturing or print production environment
Mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance experience
Training or mentoring experience
