Leidos is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Service Manager tasked with supervising and managing the daily operations of a large partner network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contract-related tasks and email communications are addressed within 24 hours managing and growing partner network and overseeing end-to-end payment processes guaranteeing secure and timely transactions across various platforms and payment methods. The candidate must reside in the Maryland/Virginia region and be available to work on-site at one of our DMV office locations.
Oversee a five-person Service Analyst team.
Streamlining workflows ensuring compliance with regulatory standards minimizing fraud risks and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and promote collaboration across teams and projects.
Ensure quality control of all services provided.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field and a minimum of (12) or more years experience in: Business Operations Business Administration Public Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Social Work Policy and/or Management.
Alternatively a Masters degree with 10 years of combined experience in business operations and in one or more of the following areas: Business Administration Public Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Social Work Policy and/or Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams both internal and external.
Ability to maintain a clear focus on project objectives and deliverables while navigating challenges.
Excellent financial management and budget oversight skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership external stakeholders and customer representatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Clearance Required:
Must be able to successfully clear a Public Trust background determination during the course of employment.
