Your Day-to-Day:

• Support and lead activities associated with eVinci fuel component product development
• Lead and own the design for the eVinci fuel components including all materials and hardware residing within the fuel channel
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our eVinci fuel component products and act as subject matter expert in component testing component qualification design and fabrication
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the eVinci fuel components in cross-disciplinary teams developing all aspects of the fuel component hardware.
• This role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including significant interactions with government and national labs to ensure that fuel is available for eVinci testing and commercialization.
• Monitor contracted component suppliers for compliance to technical and quality requirements in conjunction with supply chain management team
• Support fuel component testing and failure analysis operational phenomena investigations and component qualification and licensing efforts for the eVinci Microreactor
• Serve as a design and/or review team member on related reactor system project teams considering the integrated ricks and relations to eVinci fuel components and system

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelors degree required mechanical engineering materials engineering nuclear engineering or closely related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of applicable experience required
• Fuel or components development or manufacturing experience required.
