Job Description

Internship offer

Were looking for a CRM Intern to join our CRM team based in headquarters Milan.

In this role you will have a chance to work collaboratively with different stakeholders within the sales and

marketing team with an international view and you will take part of strategic digital projects that will enhance our customer experience. You will be involved in:

Support the CRM team on a first-level verification of issues reported by end users related to bugs and/or procedural errors;

Support the end users on the platforms adoption

Cooperate with the CRM team on the verification and management of attribution flows to various departments (information and sales)

Collaborate with the sales team in the correct tracking of events on Salesforce

Collaborate with the CRM Manager in collecting new requirements aimed at scouting new technologies

Support the team in the communication with external suppliers for the resolution of technical issues on various platforms

Work closely with the team on various high-impact CRM Projects

Learning

At the end of the internship program you will have learn the logics that constitute a CRM system. He/she will be familiar with the various objects within it and their meaning.

Additionally you will have understood the meaning of the customer journey and the importance of the various activities connected to it.

Furthermore you will have gained a basic knowledge of the system enabling you to report and extract data in response to business requests.

During the 6 months you will also have the opportunity to observe and understand a project lifecycle (design planning execution monitoring and debrief)

Education and competences

Bachelors degree or graduate student in any major (Economic Management is preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise under deadlines

Knowledge of Salesforce (sales and service cloud) is a plus

Familiar with Google products.

Ability to work with a team and an analytical approach
