Job Description
LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs Builds and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide specializing in comprehensive solutions across industries such as FinTech E-commerce EdTech and others. We are currently seeking a talented Middle/Senior Project Manager with 3 years of experience to join our team for an initial CRM implementation project.
Project description:
As a Project Manager you will lead the setup of a new complex CRM system from scratch based on the Creatio platform. You will be responsible for understanding the clients needs exploring the capabilities and limitations of Creatio and guiding the team in proposing the best implementation approaches whether through platform customization or by developing custom functionality where needed. You will manage the project lifecycle coordinate with developers and stakeholders and ensure clear communication with the client to deliver a high-quality maintainable solution. REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall);
- 3 years of experience in IT project management preferably within an outsourcing environment;
- Experience with full project lifecycle management from initiation to closure;
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello).
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Experience with CRMs development FinTech E-commerce or EdTech projects;
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering;
- Understanding of various software development technologies and stacks.
