Whilst our 850 strong team of veterinary professionals are out in the field ensuring animal welfare standards are met within the UK and that the meat is safe to enter the food chain we have a team of 60 Central Support heroes back at our Leeds head office that cover the central support functions.
Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations Were looking for an experiencedEmployee Relations Advisorto join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role youll provide expert ER advice and guidance across the business ensuring best practice and compliance with current legislation.
About the Role
As an Employee Relations Advisor youll be the go-to expert for all ER matters supporting line managers and key stakeholders with practical solution-focused advice. Youll manage a variety of ER cases and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive working environment.
