Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager Up to 35000

Our client a highly respected and values-driven home care provider is seeking a compassionate and capable Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to help lead their friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in domiciliary care to take the next step in their career.

As the Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager youll work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee care delivery supervise staff and maintain high standards in line with CQC expectations. This hands-on leadership role offers real scope for professional development and impact.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory role within domiciliary/home care (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
  • A proactive inclusive and person-focused management approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
  • Lead support and mentor care staff to deliver safe person-centred care
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with safeguarding health & safety and CQC regulations
  • Support with rota management recruitment training and performance reviews
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients families and external partners
  • Contribute to quality assurance audits and service development
  • Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Registered Manager
