Job Description
Ready to Lead the Charge in Industrial Automation Join Us as a Product Specialist for Allen-Bradley PLC & HMI!
Do you have a passion for cutting-edge technology and the skills to drive sales while solving real-world industrial challenges HESCO is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Specialist to own and lead the charge in promoting Allen-Bradley PLC (Controllers & I/O) and HMI (Visualization) solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Be the Product Champion: Own all things Allen-Bradley for PLC and HMI from technical expertise to driving key account conversions.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Identify pursue and close competitive opportunities while maintaining a strong sales funnel.
- Collaborative Impact: Work alongside senior management Rockwell Automation teams and HESCO account managers to set targets and smash them.
- Customer Success: Provide technical guidance hands-on demonstrations and world-class support to empower our clients.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of the curve with annual training product launches and industry events.
What Were Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Engineering is preferred but a combination of education and industry experience works too!
- Industry Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience with PLCs system integration or OEM-level projects.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in technical sales with highly complex products or services.
- Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI applications.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building long-term relationships.
