Skilled Nursing Facility 40 Hours/Week $41.65/hr
Hands-on patient care in a collaborative SNF setting
Build meaningful connections while helping residents regain mobility and independence
Choose your path: short-term contract or permanent placement
Active PA Physical Therapist License
Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Open to travel or permanent commitment
