Job Description
The Northampton Public Schools is seeking a SLPA! Bridge Street Elementary School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) (1) Full-time position 32.50 hours per week Monday through Friday from 7:25 a.m. 2:25 p.m. Therapy Assistant Pay Scale: Hourly Rate: $27.49 - $40.51 based on experience FY26 pay rates are currently in negotiationsStart date: August 25 2025 MA Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License required. If Hired:Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to :Full benefits and privileges consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
