Certified CNA or HHA Flexible Shifts $18$22/hr Join Our Growing Home Care Team (W-2 Employee Role)
Concierge Care is hiring dedicated dependable caregivers to join our growing W-2 home care team!
We have part-time and full-time openings available now for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who want to provide meaningful care in a one-on-one home setting while being backed by a supportive clinical staff.

Hourly Rate: $18 to $22 per hour (based on experience and case needs)
Employment Status: W-2 employee (taxes withheld)
Shifts: Part-time and full-time openings; flexible daytime evening and weekend shifts available
Location: In-home visits throughout the North East Florida region
Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
Helping clients with safe mobility exercises and daily routines
Light meal prep and maintaining a clean safe home environment
Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior to the nurse
Accurately documenting services provided after each visit
Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA documentation
Meets all CMS Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aides
Ability to read and follow care plans and instructions
A kind respectful attitude and the ability to work independently
CPR certification (current or scheduled renewal)
