Job Description
Our client an established player in the fintech space focused on delivering innovative banking solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will lead critical integration projects working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial services industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in the banking or fintech domain especially related to system integrations;
- A technical background with the ability to understand system architecture APIs and backend logic;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and structured approach;
- Strong business analysis capabilities including writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) functional specifications and integration plans;
- The ability to manage project status timelines risks and cross-team communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Project Manager you will:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of banking integration projects ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BRDs functional specifications and integration strategies;
- Ensure clear and regular status reporting escalation of risks and management of project milestones;
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across business product and engineering teams;
- Help the client maintain high standards of quality transparency and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
