About The Role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-time Associate Director Organizational Trainingto join our dynamic Quality and Regulatory Affairs Team. The work of Associate Director Organizational Training is integral to Canadian Blood Services role as Canadas Biological Lifeline.
Under the direction of the Director Quality Management System andin collaboration with organizational stakeholders the Associate Director Organizational Training serves as a strong leader and trusted advisor on organizational training. The Associate Director is specifically responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic vision for training at Canadian Blood Services; defining requirements for training practitioners and making recommendations related to the organizational design of training practitioners; overseeing the development implementation and continuous improvement of an integrated framework of policies processes procedures and supporting tools for organizational training (job specific and corporate); and ensuring that requirements templates and tools are in place to support the development of high-quality training that addresses defined training needs.
