Canadian Blood Services is looking fora regular full-time Human Resources Business Partnerto join our dynamic People Culture & Performanceteam in Vancouver BC.
The People Culture & Performance teams key priority is the ongoing development of a culture that fosters effective leadership performance and employee engagement. This team is responsible for various functions such as strategic planning enterprise risk management and business continuity management. It is also accountable for succession and performance management leadership development organizational development and change talent acquisition and workforce planning.
