Job Description
We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Full-Time Sales Representatives for our Guard Rail and Safety material sales team! Our service area is all of Southern California and our corporate office is located in Ventura. C&W Construction Specialties Inc. has been keeping California safer since 1948.
Responsibilities
Strong client-facing skills & effective selling to an executive owner and/or decision maker with a consultative
approach
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Demonstrate cold calling prospecting skills and closing of a sale
Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
Qualifications/Skills
Aggressive goal oriented individual who has a motivation for sales and wants a career in sales
Requires focus customer service skills and the ability to prioritize numerous activities
Sales experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Drivers License - The license may not include restrictions related to a DWI/DUI conviction
Basic computer skills MS Office products
Ability to work 40 hours a week
