The Certified Medical Assistant provides both clinical and non-clinical support to providers clinical staff and patients within the Pain Management service line. This role is responsible for delivering person-centered care while ensuring patient comfort safety and efficient clinic operations. The role requires strong communication skills adaptability and adherence to practice protocols and New York State laws.
