We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Commercial Lines Account Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a generalist book of mid to large market commercial lines accounts
- Quote new and renewal business with a focus on new business for Account Managers
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Coordinators to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Handle all aspects of client management and provide top-notch customer service
- Contribute to problem-solving and offer analytical insights for clients and team members
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines for Account Managers 5 years for Senior Account Managers
- P&C license is required
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC software
- Familiarity with carriers such as Liberty CNA Travelers and Great American
- Strong communication skills analytical mindset and a customer-service oriented approach
Day-to-day:
The role will involve managing a generalist book of mid to large market commercial lines accounts providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $50k to $60k for Account Managers and up to $80k for Senior Account Managers
- 401(k) with a 50% match up to 6%
- Remote work privilege with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite after training
- Equipment provided for remote work
