Job Description
Conduent is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to assist our healthcare client with resolving pharmacy unit conversions and disputes.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing dispute correspondence
- Examining claims-level detail for discrepancies
- Comparing unit type discrepancies between the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and First Data Bank (FDB)
- Contacting labelers to determine the basis of disputes
- Contacting pharmacy providers to resolve outlier claims
- Providing claims information to labelers
- Comparing data utilization after adjustments have been made to determine the final balance due
- Finalizing terms of dispute resolution with labelers
Skills and Qualifications
- Have experience working as a pharmacy technician
- Possess skills in conversion experience
Preferred
- Hold a Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Have experience in dispute resolution rebates or DRAMS

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick approximate compensation for this position is $21.63-$26.44 per hour.
