Job Description
A prestigious law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in Santa Monica CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Details:
- Location: Remote or Santa Monica CA
- Salary Range: $180000 - $250000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
- Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs
- Assist in case strategy development and execution
- Participate in client meetings depositions and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members
Work Environment:
- No formal billable hour requirement
- Flexible work-from-home environment with access to Santa Monica office
- Must be willing to commute to court when necessary
Qualifications:
- Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
- 2 years of Employment Law experience preferred
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills
