Job Description
We are hiring an experienced TIG Welder to join our team!
If you are skilled in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and have a strong eye for detail and precision we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Our client is a leading steel trading and processing company with over three decades of experience. Starting operations in 1988 they soon partnered with Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) and Tata Steel Ltd. becoming an authorized distributor for Tata Steels branded flat products in North India.
To better serve customer needs they established a Steel Service Centre in 2005 offering ready-to-use cut-to-size steel solutions. Today our client is a trusted name in flat-rolled metal processing recognized for its reliable service modern infrastructure and strong customer-centric approach across diverse coated steel end-use markets.
If you are skilled in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and have a strong eye for detail and precision we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials such as stainless steel aluminum or other alloys
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding specifications
- Ensure high-quality and accurate welds with minimal supervision
- Operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds for structural soundness and conformance to specifications
- Maintain tools equipment and a clean work environment
- 23 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding
- Solid understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding
- Certification in TIG welding or equivalent vocational training/ITI
- Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
