Overall Purpose: Coordinate all phases of complex and high-value construction projects including planning resource allocation technical oversight interior buildout ensure technical excellence timely/on-budget delivery and adherence to the highest industry quality standards through effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Project Leadership and Strategic Planning:Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Technical Excellence and Quality Assurance:Conduct in-depth technical analysis review blueprints and ensure adherence to engineering principles construction methodologies and materials science. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and clients. Prepare comprehensive technical reports progress updates and present to executive leadership and external stakeholder.
Emergency Response and Safety Leadership:Maintain 24/7 readiness to respond to emergency situations ensuring telecommunication network reliability. Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents.
Other Duties as Assigned:Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the successful planning execution and completion of construction projects including but not limited to problem-solving regulatory compliance and resource optimization.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include but is not limited to work related to fuel tanks emergency and stand-by generators boilers hazardous waste hazardous materials batteries manholes and vaults water wells linear and other construction projects water discharge or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. PMP Certification strongly preferred. Engineering or Architecture experience preferred.
