What Youll Do in This Role

Primary Responsibilities

Support Daily Living Activities:

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry changing bed linens and keeping rooms tidy.
• Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Build Meaningful Connections:

• Engage residents in social activities and one-on-one interactions.
• Foster a positive respectful environment with residents families and team members.
• Encourage participation in group activities to promote a sense of community.

Promote Safety & Mobility:

• Help transport residents to appointments and events.
• Safely assist with lifting turning and positioning residents.

Monitor & Communicate Changes:

• Follow individualized care plans and provide updates as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents conditions to supervisors.
• Record vital signs and care details accurately in electronic health records.

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to safely lift push pull and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
