Protiviti is looking for a Technology Senior Consultant to join our growing Microsoft team.

What You Can Expect

As a Senior Consultant you will be a mentor trainer and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Youll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. Youll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate gain trust and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans project staffing preparation of deliverables and application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

Experience with or understanding of:

• Developing customizations extensions and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform under the guidance of senior developers.

• Writing clean maintainable and efficient code using tools such as X C# and JavaScript.

• Assisting in implementing solutions using Power Platform Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• Supporting the configuration of Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements.

• Performing unit testing to ensure the functionality and quality of developed features.

• Collaborating with QA teams to support system testing and resolve identified issues.

• Assisting in maintaining existing codebases ensuring updates align with best practices and standards.

• Working closely with senior developers functional consultants and project managers to understand project requirements.

• Translating functional specifications into technical deliverables under supervision.

• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during the development process.

• Supporting the development and testing of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure services.

• Contributing to data migration efforts ensuring accuracy and security.

• Customizing Dynamics 365 modules (Finance Supply Chain Customer Engagement etc.) to meet client-specific needs.

• Proficiency in X C# JavaScript and SQL.

• Evaluating summarizing organizing and interpreting data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.

• Ability to translate and communicate issues risks or challenges to client personnel including executives.

• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science Software Engineering or related field)

• 2 years working in professional services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform Fundamentals are a plus.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client project team and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
