Job Description
Under general direction conducts root cause analysis and dissecting current processes and operating procedures with claims and policy. With the oversight of management best practices conducts reviews and creates reports that support the quality of all aspects of GEICO Enterprise Complaints operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews complaint trends and regulatory compliance exposures as it relates to complaint trends and identifies risks to the organization.
- Supports the creation of a risk management plan to help avert future problems including partnering with training and education to create internal risk assessments and training.
- Monitors complaint performance across enterprise complaint team to ensure compliance.
- Audits department records and processes related to the general department functions.
- Analyzes complaint data to identify trends root causes and areas for improvement.
- Escalates trends and plan of action related to any executive office complaint.
- Conducts operations for executive office complaints sent to executive complaint boxes or directed to the senior leadership team.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver root cause analysis reporting for compliance and operational partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- Aptitude to work independently and meeting time sensitive deadlines with minimal oversight
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with data analytics being able to fact find from the data and tell a story
- Ability to document finding sand detail next steps
- High attention to detail
- Collaboration with cross functional teams
- Six Sigma Agile experience with research technical writing is a plus
- Internal GEICO claims and policy experience preferred
Annual Salary
$88150.00 - $157850.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
