The Role

The Continuing Education department is seeking a qualified Master Electrician to instruct our Master Electrician Micro-credential program. This specialized course is designed to prepare journeyman electricians to successfully write the Alberta Master Electrician Exam.

This course will be scheduled entirely according to the instructors availability. We recognize that Master Electricians have demanding careers with unpredictable schedules so weve designed this opportunity to work around YOU. Well collaborate with you to create a teaching schedule that integrates perfectly with your other professional and personal commitments.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Alberta Master Electrician certification
  • Several years experience in the industry
  • Thorough knowledge of the Alberta Electrical Code and exam requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization; and
  • A high level of integrity professionalism and accountability.
