Position Description:
The Director of Support Performance and Professional Accountability is responsible for overseeing all district employee conduct and for the coordination and reporting process of all district support performanceevaluationsasperstateandparishrequirements.

ExecutiveDirectorofPerformanceManagement
Scope of Responsibility:
- Holds the Support Performance Coordinators and Support Performance Administrative Assistant accountableformeetingtheirobjectivesandconductsformalperformanceevaluationsinaccordancewithJPSevaluationscheduleforcentraloffice
- Provides management and oversight of the performance evaluation process for non-instructional/ supportstaffinthe
- WorkswiththeExecutiveDirectorofPerformanceManagementtodesignimplementandimprovedistrictevaluation
- Ensures that all support employeessetperformancegoalsandareengagedinanongoingperformanceevaluationprocesswiththeirmanagers
- WorkscollaborativelywiththeDirectorofWorkersCompensationand
- Notifies the Director of Recruitment and Selectionwhenemployeeconductmattersgenerate
- Designsprofessionaldevelopmentthatensuresalldistrictmanagersareproperlytrainedonemployeeconductpoliciesand
- Overseesinvestigationsinmattersofemployee
- Works collaboratively with the Director of School Safety and the JeffersonParishSheriffsOfficeandotherlawenforcementagenciesinmattersrelatedtoemployeeconductwhen
- Remainsabreastofchangesindistrictpolicyandstate
- Maintainsandpreservesconfidentialityofcorrespondencereportsandrecordsonindividual
- Serves as the HR Hearing Officer and conducts HR employment conferences.
- Works collaboratively with the Director of Benefits and Leaves.
- Attends Board meetings when necessary or required.
- Be responsive to the Chief Human Resources Officer or District during district or weather emergencies.
- Oversees the Support of the Year process as defined by the LDOE.
- Oversees the collection of district-wide performance evaluations for non-instructional support employees.
- PerformsotherdutiesasassignedbytheExecutiveDirectorofPerformanceManagement and the Chief Human Resources Officer.

- Valid Louisiana teacher
- Three(3)yearssuccessfulteaching
- Strongwrittenoralandpublicspeaking
- Excellent customer service skills when dealing with the public.
Physical Involvement:
Must be able to operate office equipment. Position requires standing walking reaching bending and lifting up to sitesduringdayand/ornighttimehours.
