Estimated annual base pay: $114400 (minimum) - $143000 (midpoint) - $171600 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark If youre a Repair License Manager we have an exciting opportunity for you!
The Product Repair License Manager oversees and manages repair services performed by external providers under license agreements ensuring compliance with contractual obligations quality standards operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Serving as the primary liaison between the company and repair partners this role is responsible for driving performance metrics resolving issues coordinating demand forecasting and aligning repair work scopes with company objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration with external partners maintain high-quality repair standards and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of repair operations.
What you will be doing
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external repair partners ensuring compliance with license agreements.
Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Assessments repair turnaround times and quality metrics reporting deviations as needed.
Facilitate regular performance review meetings with repair partners to address issues and drive improvements.
Oversee repair workflows inventory management and timely processing of repair requests.
Establish and enforce quality control standards conducting audits to ensure compliance with company specifications.
Track and analyze repair volume costs and performance metrics preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. supply chain engineering QA) to align repair operations with company goals.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance vendor relationships and repair efficiency.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to inform repair operations and vendor management strategies.
Demonstrate strong analytical communication and leadership skills leveraging tools like ERP and CRM systems effectively.
What we are looking for
Education or Formal Training
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or a related field preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in operations management vendor management or a similar role required.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
