Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Keene NH.This per-diem role involves supporting patients daily needs promoting recovery and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Active NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
    • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience: 1 year of LNA experience (rehab long-term care or acute care preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living) vital sign monitoring and infection control protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Compassion strong communication adaptability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with bathing dressing mobility and other daily living activities.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients conditions to nursing staff.
  • Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with nurses therapists and physicians to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe patient environment.
