In this role you will be working for a consulting firm in Charlotte NC that specializes in landscape architecture civil engineering and land planning / development. You will work on projects in the residential multi-family and commercial industries. This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-6 employees while maintaining project budget scope scheduling etc.
This is a direct hire position and a long term permanent need for the hiring company
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Project management experience in a civil / construction background
- Civil design software knowledge is preferred but not required (No design work will be done in this role)
- Experience with project scope management scheduling budgeting invoicing working with contractors and clients and training employees is required
- Bachelors or Associates degree a plus
- Leadership and being able to train employees / act as a mentor is one of the key aspects of this role
