JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate workflow between service advisors technicians and parts department
- Optimize shop capacity and efficiency by managing the service calendar
- Adjust schedules based on cancellations or parts availability
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with scheduling processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Literate
- Valid Driver License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
