Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and manage integrated master schedules and timelines that support engineering operations and customer objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsSales Engineering Operationsto create staffing and support plans based on project needs.
Generate documentation including meeting agendas project actions and status reports.
Track project execution identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep schedules on target.
Support ongoing business process improvements and propose innovative solutions to boost efficiency.
Deliver briefings and updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience or High School diploma/equivalent and 6 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in project management scheduling engineering and manufacturing project planning schedule development and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in MS Project and schedule planning tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting new product development and launch cycles
- Familiarity with JIRA Confluence and other integrated scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication skillsverbal written and presentationwith the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
