Summary

Pohanka Honda of Capitol Heights MD is rapidly expanding and looking to hire the right candidate for our Internet Director position. This unique role is responsible for the profitability of the internet department monitoring sales team performance financial reporting maintaining sales forecasts as well as managing and tracking all leads.

The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of the market display advanced customer relation skills have an in-depth understanding of the sales departments financial data and will go the extra mile to assist in running a successful sales department. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the dealerships website inventory tools and social media
  • Train develop lead and monitor the performance of the new and used sales team
  • Partner and proactively communicate with the General Manager General Sales Manager and other members of the management team to analyze market trends and strategize game plans to achieve departmental success
  • Ensure processes are being followed through to confirm proper follow up of all prospective clients
  • Recognize and discuss business growth opportunities and follow through with their success
  • Develop implement and monitor the dealerships relationships with customers and prospects using the companies CRM software
  • Maintain vendor relationships by holding them accountable to their responsibilities data and reports
  • Delegate and monitor Sales Department standards and processes
  • Handle leads promptly prepare price quotes and build rapport
  • Create and achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

Qualifications

  • Automotive Sales Management experience in a high-volume dealership
  • Self-motivated with a track record of taking initiative and showing results
  • Well versed in CRM online marketing social media SEM and SEO
  • Proven success of coaching and training a team of all-star sales consultants
  • Exceptional customer service organization follow up and phone skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • CDK experience a plus but willing to provide training for the right candidate
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to follow through with assigned tasks
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
