Social Media Channel Coordinator (Spanish Speaking)
Location: Bath UK (80% On-Site)

Were looking for a Spanish-speaking Channel Coordinator to join our team in Bath and take the lead on the day-to-day management of our GCN en Espaol YouTube channel and social platforms. Youll be part of a fast-paced creative environment at the heart of the global cycling community working with our audience development team to grow and engage our Spanish-speaking fanbase.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage daily content publishing across YouTube and social media for GCN en Espaol.
  • Engage with our Spanish-speaking audience responding to comments spotting trends and building community.
  • Optimise video content: writing titles descriptions and metadata to improve performance.
  • Monitor analytics and performance trends and support with regular reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support creative production and commercial goals.
    Contribute to planning calendars and help shape channel growth strategies.
  • Experiment with new content formats platform features and audience engagement tools.
    Occasionally support weekend or out-of-hours publishing (TOIL policy applies).

What Youll Need:

  • Fluent Spanish and English both spoken and written.
  • A passion for cycling and an understanding of the sport and its culture.
  • Experience using social media platforms (personally or professionally) especially YouTube Instagram and Facebook.
  • Clear communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Great attention to detail and an organised mindset youll be juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Youll have access to training including YouTube Certification.

Bonus Points For:

  • Any experience working in digital publishing social media or content coordination.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Drive YouTube Studio or scheduling platforms.
  • Additional languages (e.g. French Italian German) are a plus but not essential.
