88% Productivity Requirement (After 2 Weeks)

Split schedule across two well-managed SNFs
Steady caseload with realistic productivity targets
Choose your path: Travel contract or long-term perm role
Supportive teams & great working environment
Active PA PT License
SNF experience strongly preferred
