The laboratory of Dr. Nasa Sinnott-Armstrong ( has a temporary Undergraduate Research Associate position open in the Computational Biology Program of the Public Health Sciences Division.
At the Sinnott-Armstrong Lab we are interested in common human diseases and patient experience to pursue transformative advancements in healthcare. We are dedicated to understanding the map between genotype environment and phenotype at a population level. We aim to accelerate the diagnosis and management of environmental pathogens improve health outcomes and access by prioritizing patient experiences and foster innovative inclusive practices in science.

We work in an interdisciplinary team environment with many local and external experts. Candidate would mostly be focused on maintaining and expanding the Lil Lab Network through three distinct components:
These responsibilities would involve both local and regional travel as well as remote work with collaborators across the globe. Position would support the needs of collaborators and help onboard additional volunteers into a variety of roles within the project. Finally this position would involve helping with various additional tasks around the lab as time permits.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $20.76 to $29.54 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
