We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join the Light & Wonder Spark team! In this senior position youll lead the Light & Wonder Spark project management team and spearhead key transformation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders spanning both technical and non-technical areas.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Light & Wonder Spark project management team providing direction and fostering a culture of accountability ownership and high performance.
Oversee a portfolio over 80 game delivery projects ensuring consistent execution alignment to business goals and timely delivery.
Own the end-to-end delivery of market expansion initiatives coordinating cross-functional efforts to launch Light & Wonder Spark in new markets.
Define monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for game delivery using data to drive performance and decision-making.
Coach mentor and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall team capability.
Drive end-to-end delivery ownership empowering Project Managers to lead their initiatives with autonomy while ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency operational excellence and process improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Establish delivery frameworks and best practice to enhance consistency and predictability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholdersincluding technical and non-technical teamsto support seamless execution and alignment.
Provide regular clear communication on programme and project status risks and dependencies to senior leadership.
Proactively identify risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed to ensure delivery continuity.
Qualifications
Experience in managing a complete life cycle of software projects delivery within challenging timelines.
Demonstrated ability to manage coach and grow teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Impeccable organisation and communication skills able to describe technical concepts to nontechnical people.
Fast working accurate and professional.
Great at working with others proactive with ideas and solutions.
Evolving lean and Kanban techniques taking a data driven experimental approach to solving problems and investigating opportunities.
Commercially astute approaches problems and opportunities from the perspective of the Casino Strategy.
Worked within a regulated online environment as certification and regulation is baked deeply in our process.

Knowledge of the gambling industry (specifically Casino)
