Your New Role!

We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the operational aspects of Caladenia Counselling and Creative Arts Therapies clinics.

In this pivotal role you will:

  • Coordinate student placements and internal rosters.

  • Manage client bookings and clinic resources to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

  • Facilitate external placements by collaborating with community agencies negotiating terms and conducting site visits.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Oversee clinic policies finances and administrative functions ensuring regulatory compliance.

With a focus on efficiency stakeholder engagement and student support you will be essential to the seamless operation of our clinical placements and services.

This Continuous Part time (15 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $95K $105K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
