Summary of the Job:
About This Role:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Help customers be successful by understanding customer needs and matching with FNBO solutions. This will be achieved by alignment with Business Unit practices and consistent use of tools.
The Community Banking Relationship Manager will manage portfolio relationships matching the skills knowledge and experience of the RM to the needs of the customers in their geography framework. The RM will focus on business customers with credit needs between $500000 and $family owned employees of 5 500. The seasoned RM will carry a portfolio greater than $60 million in total between loans and deposits and a contribution exceeding $500000.
2. Business Development Activities:
3. Cross Functional Working Relationships: Partner with others across the diverse footprint of the enterprise to optimize referral opportunities to meet the needs of the business customer.
4. Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy laws regulations and the banks BSA/AML Program as applicable to your job duties.
5. Professionalism/Attendance: Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Compensation range (base pay): $105443.00-$179253.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.
